Polyhedral Dice for Pocket PC 2002 Copyright © 2003 by Rich Selmon Build Info: Current Build: 1.5.2 Compiled on 28-Sep-03 using eMBedded Visual Basic 3.0 using the Pocket PC 2002 SDK System Requirements: Pocket PC 2002 (This program requires a StrongARM or XSCALE Processor) ~750K Storage Space (The default instalation path is under your Program Files folder.) This program should run without issue installed to a storage card, but I have not tested it this way. eMVB Runtime components are required for this program and will be installed along with the program. Current Build Changes (28 Sep 2003) Input Panel will now automatically come up on the Options Screen The Options screen has been re-sized, and non integer input will now be ignored Added a ReadMe Function What's New? This new version features some new options available under the configure menu. Allow Modifiers: Bonus -> Specify a number to add to each roll (max 999) Penalty -> Specify a number to subtract from each roll (max 999) Allow Enhancements: Re-roll 1s -> Automatically will re-roll a 1 Average Rolls -> Makes each roll 3 times and reports the average Use Loaded Dice -> Simulates using a loaded die. NOTE: You can change the default weight of the load. If you specify a load higher than the number of sides of the selected die, it will be reset to the maximum number of sides. You can use 1 of each type of enhancement at the same time. IE, you can add a bonus to the rolls, while still using a loaded die... Boring Stuff: Thank you for downloading and trying my Pocket PC application. This is a very simple little program that simulates a virtual set of polyhedral dice. You can distribute this application as long as you include this file with it. How to Use: IMPORTANT, Please remove any previous version prior to installing this one. First install the program. The default installation path is \Program Files\Polyhedral Dice for Pocket PC 2002 I have not tested this program on any other paths, but I do think it would work. Launch the program from your Programs Menu on your Start Menu. From here you can select the type and number of dice to roll (max 256). Once you have made your selections click the roll button. That's it! Pretty simple huh? The Configure menu allows you to set the new options, see the credits and also has an explicit exit function. Enjoy! Rich Selmon, 28 Sep 2003
